DO YOU SELL YOUR WORK ANYWHERE ELSE?

WHEN DO YOU HAVE SHOP UPDATES?

There are currently no set dates for a shop restock. The best way to get alerts of future updates is to sign up for the mailing list.  I also post about upcoming updates on my social media pages. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS FOR YOUR POTTERY?

Yes. As I update my shop there will be a limited number of custom Aspen mugs opened up. If you have another idea that you would like to discuss feel free to email me at [email protected]

PRICING OF POTTERY?

Pricing is determined by many factors: 

-material/equipment used (potters wheel, kilns, clay, glazes...)

-the amount of time/hours invested per each piece (was it hand painted or carved? Does it have a lot of detail?)

-utilities and energy required to fire each piece 2-3 times each

-handmade pottery is an investment and more than just a mug for coffee, each piece I make is a usable work of art that takes an average of 6-8 hrs to turn from a chunk of clay to a marvelous creation 

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service by Priority Mail. They are typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase. 

Shipping rates are an average cost determined by the combined weight of your purchase. Tracking information will be given upon order fulfillment. All orders include free tracking and $50 of insurance. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available. During checkout in the promo box type hickorypickup. Once the order is fulfilled we will be in contact to schedule a time to pickup. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

This is done on a country by country basis. Shipping fees will be calculated after purchase and e-mailed as a separate invoice for your payment. Customer is responsible for any customs, import or tax fees. 

DAMAGED GOODS

Any damage due to mishandling during shipping must be reported with in 7 days of delivery date. Please contact me with order number and photo of contents damaged so we may begin the refund process. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can not be processed once the item has shipped. To ensure I can successfully process a cancellation, please contact me within 6 hours of purchase. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Everything in this shop is either handmade with LOVE or handpicked. I strive to make sure you are thrilled with anything you buy. Every piece of pottery I make is one of a kind, there aren't any two pieces that are identical and that's one of the many things that make every piece so special. I do my best to make sure every piece is made and shipped with love, time and care. I post pictures and descriptions but it's virtually impossible to capture every piece of pottery's unique qualities. 

If on the rare occasion you think your piece is defective or is broken upon arrival we can address this on a case by case basis. Otherwise returns and refunds can not be accepted. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR POTTERY

My pottery is both dishwasher and microwave safe. Ceramics do heat up really fast so please be careful. I personally hand wash all of my pottery to prolong its life. Pottery can  last a lifetime if handled carefully. If you have any questions fee free to ask!
